Welcome to Lake Macquarie City Council’s online grant application service, powered by SmartyGrants. You can start anywhere in the form and save as you go. For help with guidelines or deadlines, please contact us via email at jhemsley@lakemac.nsw.gov.au and quote your submission number.

Use the navigation panel to move through the form, and click Review and Submit when you’re ready. Make sure all required questions are complete—once submitted, you can’t edit or upload more documents. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a copy of your application.

You can upload supporting documents up to 25MB each (smaller files upload faster). If working as a team, only one person should edit at a time. Most browsers have built-in spell check.
